Tunisian-born Abir and her husband Yassine have set up BENTI restaurants, a warm and colorful place reminiscent of Sidi bou Said. This Tunisian restaurant features the Makloub, a typical Tunisian sandwich with a bread dough somewhere between pizza and pita, traditionally garnished with chicken, slata mechouia and harissa. We offer 5 different Makloub recipes, including a tuna version reminiscent of fricassee.
